As a Business Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to identify, design and implement Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions to meet the clients' business and technical needs.Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with the installation and configuration of the Varicent SPM software application in accordance with the clients' specifications
Assist with the implementation of Compensation Plans, Quota Plans and Territory Management logic within a complete software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Discover appropriate business requirements and design a scalable, flexible and maintainable solution used best in class techniques
Enable both Customers and Partners throughout the implementation lifecycle
Extract, transform and load data
Work with our customers to facilitate and compile test scripts, test cases and overall testing plans
Document and communicate project status regularly to the Project Management team
Coordinate and communicate with the customer's project manager and project resources
Provide expertise to assist in the planning and execution of proposals, proof of concepts and statements of work
Assist the customer in making decisions to properly and creatively utilize features to meet the customer's needs
Present solutions that are consistent with the architecture and the design of Varicent's SPM solutions

Minimum of an undergraduate degree or recognized technical diploma in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related disciplineExperience
3-4 years of experience in a consultant role for Enterprise Software projects (configuration/implementation/integration)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in implementing Sales Performance Management solutions
Expertise with full end to end SDLCs which inculdes gathering technical and business requirements, and leading design and testing sessions with external clients
Expertise with configuring applications, executing technical implementations, and technical analysis
Minimum 3 years of experience with Waterfall methodology
Experience in building relational databases
Demonstrated ability to write basic logical queries to facilitate calculations & reporting and to create complex formulas in Microsoft Excel
Strong business communication skills (verbal and written)
Solid understanding of financial reporting concepts
Strong understanding of relational databases
Excellent understanding and hands-on experience with SQL and ExcelAdditional Skills
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with the following languages and front end technologies

About the positionLED Roadway Lighting Limited is seeking a professional and creative Technical Product Specialist to support our sales team. The selected individual would work out of our Halifax, Nova Scotia location.
Responsibilities:
Work with Sales, Rep, and Account Manager to develop lighting solutions/proposals to customers in the assigned territory.
Prepare lighting layouts as per client specifications.
Assist in the preparation of RFP’s and bids for tenders.
Support the sales team with lighting layout recommendations.
Work directly with clients to answer questions regarding layouts.
Prepare and organize data and reports.
Develop and maintain a detailed list of leads and customer opportunities using tools in Microsoft CRM and SharePoint.
Report on sales calls reporting as deemed necessary in the assigned territory. Travel may be required.
Assist Sales, Reps, and Account Manager to achieve sales volume and growth in the assigned territory.
Track/report on projects and managing the project quoting and proposal process.
Maintain customer relationships.
Compute Cost Benefit Analysis for customer projects bases on customer input data. Calculate additional project benefits as required.
Qualifications:
Completion on an Electrical Engineering Technology Diploma, or a Bachelor of Technology program.
Experience with lighting layouts is considered an asset.
Familiarity with AGi32, Dialux or other lighting layout programs.
Familiarity with Auto CAD
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer service experience is preferred.
Organizational, prioritizing, and planning abilities
Excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The main purpose of the position is to implement and lead a local Service team to support our local clients needs in service/maintenance and engineering solutions for DCS, HMI, SIS, PLC.

Concessão de 75 mil bolsas de graduaçãoe pós-graduação em áreas estratégicas.
A Presidenta Dilma Rousseff lançou, em 26 de julho último, o Programa Ciência sem Fronteiras, com vistas ao desenvolvimento tecnológico, ao estímulo dos processos de inovação e ao crescimento da competividade brasileira, por meio da promoção da mobilidade acadêmica em áreas definidas como prioritárias para o desenvolvimento nacional.
O projeto prevê a concessão de até 75 mil bolsas do Governo brasileiro nos próximos quatro anos, para alunos, professores e pesquisadores, nos níveis de graduação e pós-graduação, em áreas estratégicas. As bolsas poderão ter duração de seis meses a quatro anos, a depender da categoria.
