Job Description: This position will work in an international environment, interacting with Finance teams located in the Latin American subsidiaries in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and Colombia. The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions as well as providing analysis and assisting with month and year-end close and reporting of the Service and Sales Latin America team. This position will will report into the Controller, Service and Sales Latin America, located in Bolton, Ontario.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for the following, but not limited to: - Revision and implementation of certain internal controls in Latin America's subsidiaries - Support Latin America on undergoing finance transformation projects - Prepare monthly scorecard (stewardship report) - Expending analysis vs. Budget vs. Actuals and provide recommendations - PVM analysis - Financial review P&L and Balance Sheet Analysis - Backlog reconciliation - Area Manager commissions and incentives calculation - Support on the preparation of the budget, quarterly forecasts and shipment forecasts - Analysis of regional monthly financial results and follow up - Assist on ensuring tax and legal compliance of Latin American subsidiaries - Implement FX reasonability analysis in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and Colombia

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: - University education in Business and Accounting - CMA or CGA designation - Minimum 5 years of accouting related experience - Strong hands on analytical skills - Knowledge of an accounting ERP, general ledger system (Baan, SAP, Oracle, etc) in a large environment - Knowledge of Cognos or similar financial software reporting would be an asset - Spanish and/or Portuguese speaking would be an asset - Audit experience would be an asset - Strong work ethic, team work and interpersonal skills - Self motivated, proactive individual, able to adapt to changing environments
