Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this position requires superior organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional written communication skills in English and French. The ability to prioritize and excel at a diverse set of projects and responsibilities, including direct marketing, marketing communications, and inside sales, is a must. The ideal candidate also possesses a strong interest in keeping current on trends and best practices in email marketing, segmentation, and lead generation through online marketing resources and the latest literature. Responsibilities:Marketing Support:• Identify and manage list rental and e-mail marketing providers to increase lead generation in key growth segments. • Prepare targeted marketing campaigns, including market research for the creation of emails and landing pages.• Measure the results and effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for the planning of new campaigns.• Identify customers for success stories and participate in the research and writing. • Prepare and maintain content for Simlog’s Web site.• Review Web site visitor statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement.• Monitor editorial calendars of key trade publications to identify opportunities for article and press release submissions. • Prepare other marketing collateral and press material (e.g. brochures, e-newsletters, and press releases).• Plan and prepare exhibits at trade shows and/or identify speaking opportunities at conferences. • Collaborate on the development of new marketing initiatives, including weekly, quarterly and annual marketing plans and budgets.Sales Support:• Respond to email enquiries and telephone calls from prospects in an assigned market segment.• Prepare quotations for prospective customers and invoices for orders.• Update the contact management system with lead qualification details.• Prepare sales pipeline reports from the contact management system.• Distribute sales leads to Simlog’s value-added-resellers. • Follow-up directly on other sales leads in the assigned segment.Required Qualifications:• University degree in Commerce or Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and/or International Business.• Minimum 2 years relevant experience.• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.• Ability to travel occasionally.Desirable Qualifications and Skills:The following qualifications and skills are considered to be strong assets for this position: • Prior relevant work experience in a high-tech or an industrial sector, preferably related to applications for training.• Prior relevant work experience in marketing to the educational sector (e.g. vocational/career and technical schools, high schools or, community colleges). • Prior relevant work experience in marketing to the construction and/or mining industries. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese or German.• Knowledge of desktop publishing tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Publisher. • Knowledge of video editing tools.• Knowledge of HTML. IT Controls Analyst

Information Technology Controls AnalystPURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION:• The position is responsible for providing documented evidence support for internal and external audit IT testing teams.• The position will be the point of contact for all IT audits performed in all regions.• The position requires intensive knowledge of managing information general controls (ITGC) and security controls.• Knowledge of segregation of duties processing and matrix review.• Knowledge of ERP audits and monitors critical activities required to become compliance.SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Performs ITGC self-assessment testing for the IT departments (Regions - presently Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile and Mexico) on quarterly basis• Performs reviews of the segregation of duties matrix and reports conflicts on a monthly basis• Provides basic project management fundamentals and helps the IT project managers to create project documentation, definitions, project plans, etc. on a daily basis• Interviews the ITGC control owners to obtain documented evidence to support the control for compliance on a quarterly basis• Plan and schedule internal and external testing periods to ensure process owners will be available on a quarterly basis• Generates deficiency ITGC and remediation reports to the internal and external auditors to ensure the control is remediated and signed off by the control owner on a quarterly basis• Interact with applications team and business side to ensure controls are met properly• Creates and maintains the ITGC documented evidence binder on a monthly basis• Assist the IT department in preparation for internal or external audits• Performs ERP audits - security access on a monthly basisQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Education & Professional Designations:• Certification in compliance - CISA• Certification on security controls processes - Security plus• High School or higher level education requiredWork Experience:• 2 to 5 years working knowledge using the Information systems audit and control association methodology (ISACA) compliance and security standards.• Intensive working knowledge of perform ITGC SOX 404 audits.• Working knowledge of end user accounts, permissions and access rights audit reviews.• Intensive working knowledge in planning, prioritizing and scheduling IT compliance and security audits. • Working knowledge of network infrastructure -local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), Wireless networks and ERP systems.• Working knowledge of implementing disaster recovery plan for operating systems, databases, networks, servers and software applications.Technical Skills• 2 to 5 years using COBIT and ISO 2700x frame works.• Working technical knowledge of current systems active directory, exchange, etc.• In-depth technical knowledge of network, PC and platform operating systems Windows servers 200x and Windows PC O/S suites.• Knowledge of regulatory practices and procedures enforcement relating to data privacy and protection.Personal Characteristics (Soft Skills)/Working Conditions• Ability to travel to the corporate offices and mine sites environments. Analyst, Intelligence - Corporate Investigation Services

Position Purpose: • Provide cross platform, strategic, tactical and operational fraud intelligence support to CIS and the RBC Financial Group• To proactively prevent and detect fraud, ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate against financial, regulatory and reputational risk through the provision of intelligence services
Key Accountabilities: • Tactical, operational and strategic delivery of RBC’s corporate intelligence capability• Conduct and deliver operational intelligence requests in support of CIS investigations• Perform internal and external environmental scanning to identify relevant actionable intelligence• Conduct the overall intelligence-gathering effort of criminal activity with particular emphasis on the identification of potential perpetrators, and interaction with law enforcement and other relevant sources for the purpose of loss prevention• Monitoring of regulatory updates, alerts and trends in relevant business sectors• Provide analytical support and background enquiries to CIS and AML FIU investigations, using as appropriate, linking and graphical software.• Regular updates and maintenance of paper and electronic files ensuring accuracy, timeliness and thoroughness • Develop and maintain an extensive network of internal partners and external peers in the industry, police and other authorities to ensure a consistent approach to the detection and investigation of criminal activity against RBC.
