Customer Service Agents (German, Italian, or Portuguese speaking)

We are looking for individuals who learn fast, bring something to the conversation and ask the right questions that help formulate the best solutions for our customers.We are actively seeking full time customer service representatives to join our vibrant team.Compensation Package Includes:• A thorough paid training program • We offer a comprehensive benefits program including full medical benefits, dental, vision etc… (after 3 months with required minimum of 24hrs/week)• Career progression if you have what it takes to be the bestJob Description:• Answer incoming phone calls • Assist with billing inquiries such as refunds, account upgrades and modifications • Answer basic technical questions about our software • Provide basic website navigation support Skills/Qualifications Required:• 1-3 years experience in any sales or customer service role (e.g. retail, call centre)• Basic computer skills, must be familiar with Windows operating system• Good problem solving skills • We are seeking motivated individuals with the ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently within a fast-paced environment • Should be creative, adaptive and goal-oriented
Additional Asset:Offering service in one of the other following languages:Spanish, German, or ItalianLocation:The position of Customer Service Representative is located in Montreal.
Start date: Immediately
Time period: Permanent position
Full Time : Candidates must be able to commit to 32-40 hours per week.
