Promptly redirect any unusual enquiries to the appropriate senior staff member ü Relieve reception and assist the office with special mail-outs when required. ü Provide guidance in completing various forms

As a Business Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to identify, design and implement Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions to meet the clients' business and technical needs.Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with the installation and configuration of the Varicent SPM software application in accordance with the clients' specifications
Assist with the implementation of Compensation Plans, Quota Plans and Territory Management logic within a complete software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Discover appropriate business requirements and design a scalable, flexible and maintainable solution used best in class techniques
Enable both Customers and Partners throughout the implementation lifecycle
Extract, transform and load data
Work with our customers to facilitate and compile test scripts, test cases and overall testing plans
Document and communicate project status regularly to the Project Management team
Coordinate and communicate with the customer's project manager and project resources
Provide expertise to assist in the planning and execution of proposals, proof of concepts and statements of work

Minimum of an undergraduate degree or recognized technical diploma in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related disciplineExperience
3-4 years of experience in a consultant role for Enterprise Software projects (configuration/implementation/integration)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in implementing Sales Performance Management solutions
Expertise with full end to end SDLCs which inculdes gathering technical and business requirements, and leading design and testing sessions with external clients
Expertise with configuring applications, executing technical implementations, and technical analysis
Minimum 3 years of experience with Waterfall methodology
Experience in building relational databases
Demonstrated ability to write basic logical queries to facilitate calculations & reporting and to create complex formulas in Microsoft Excel
Strong business communication skills (verbal and written)
Solid understanding of financial reporting concepts
Strong understanding of relational databases
Excellent understanding and hands-on experience with SQL and ExcelAdditional Skills
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with the following languages and front end technologies

Audit Analyst

Position: Internal Audit Analyst (Perm Job)
Compensation: Up to $78K
Location: North York

Job Description:
Ø Perform SOX operational testing activities within local business and corporate timeline. Candidate must have ability to independently calculate sample sizes, resolve testing issues, conclude whether testing has passed/failed, etc.
Ø Identify weaknesses in SOX controls, associated risks and opportunities for improvement and communicate findings to the Manager.
Ø Remediation of control failures - assist Manager in monitoring and completing local remediation activities within corporate timeline.
Ø Ensure all SOX documentation is strictly in accordance with Corporate ICFR Manual
Ø Carry-out documentation QA reviews and resolve any documentation related queries
Ø Ensure Corporate SOX reporting tool is update, accurate, complete and reflects any SOX work performed and any related change in control activities on a timely basis.
Ø Lead or assist in the completion of operational/compliance internal audits. This could include all or some of the following elements:
§ Audit planning, scoping areas of interest, detailed testing (with conclusion analysis), providing control recommendations, report writing and related follow-up
§ Liaise and build relationships with local process owners and staff to implement control best practices
§ Continuously monitor processes and procedures with objective of strengthening controls where needed and streamlining process and procedures whenever possible
§ Provide support to external auditors and Corporate internal audit, as required
§ Assist the organization in meeting the requirements of other Corporate compliance programs, related reporting requirements, ad hoc local business requests and other audit projects that may arise
Ø Some current travel may be required (Approximately 10% - mostly within Canada)

Qualifications:
Ø Minimum of 3 years of internal or external audit experience
Ø Prior SAP experience preferred
Ø Strong ability to connect disparate pieces of information
Ø Ability to communicate with all levels of management
Ø Capability to work within a team-based environment
Ø Self-motivated and eager to learn and develop
Ø Resourceful with the ability to think outside of the box
Ø Must be willing to pursue possible international Corporate opportunities
Ø Spanish or Portuguese speaking preferred

Education:
Ø University degree or diploma
Ø Professional designation of CA/CMA/CGA

RN SUPERVISOR
PARAMED TORONTO CENTRAL



Candidates are invited to apply for the position of RN Supervisor to work in our ParaMed centre located in downtown Toronto, Ontario.



Reporting to the Care and Service Manager, the RN Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and delivery of high quality services to meet client needs.



RESPONSIBILITIES

· In consultation with the client, develop client care plan where required, and review and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan to ensure that client needs are met

· Monitor staff schedules and implement an effective recruitment program, where appropriate, to ensure that an adequate number of field staff are available to meet client care and service delivery requirements

· Coordinate with appropriate staff to monitor and ensure that all new employees successfully complete the company and job specific orientation program

· Conduct off-site supervisory visits to monitor and evaluate staff performance and assess client satisfaction and evaluate care delivery to ensure it meets client needs


QUALIFICATIONS

· RN, BScN preferred

· Current registration with the Ontario College of Nurses

· Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in community health care

· Demonstrated time management, interpersonal and communication skills

· Leadership and marketing abilities

· Reliable vehicle and current driver's license is an asset

· Ability to work effectively individually and with others while prioritizing tasks to handle the most urgent first.

· Ability to present information clearly and effectively both verbally whether in person or over the phone, and in writing; an active listener who projects a friendly demeanor.

· Ability to work effectively within a variety of stressful situations and challenges, and with various individuals or groups.

· Ability to collect and use information to thoroughly think through problems and situations; puts information from various sources together to see the 'big picture', and generate creative solutions.
