Our client is currently seeking Image/Package installers/programmers to create software installation scripts (MSI and EXE) using a combination of predefined toolsets and processes (SMS Installer, Installshield, Wise for Windows Installer, Wise 9, and VBScript) based on customer requirements. The successful candidate must have an understanding of the Windows Installer model including structure of MSI databases and proven experience and understanding of VBScript and related technologies including structure and use of COM objects, windows scripting host (WSH) and windows management instrumentation (WMI). The candidate must also have understanding of .NET software installation technologies including the GAC, .DLL isolation.

In this role, the candidate will perform individual testing and validation using standard scripts, provide input and feedback to continually improve testing scripts as new issues are discovered and use approved processes and tools to manage day-to-day activities, implement improvements and to assist in problem resolution.

This role may require shift work to accommodate global client needs, as well as extended working hours. The incumbent will also enter all packages created into CIS and/or customer tracking systems and perform quality assurance on software packages based on predetermined testing scripts. About the Position
Working closely with the Online Community Animator and Multilingual Community Manager, and overseeing an international team of Language and Engagement Coordinators, the Program Coordinator will support the ongoing development, implementation, and promotion of the program in multiple languages and countries.

Roles and Responsibilities

Program Development
• Work with team to update, edit, and develop materials in multiple languages
• Co-coordinate translations of materials into French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish
• Oversee the creation of online classrooms in multiple languages

Program Coordination
• Work closely with team members to update, edit and develop content
• Provide support to the schools implementing the program

Important Details

The Engineering Manager - Bauxite and Alumina reports directly to the Director Engineering - Major Projects Support. The incumbent will be accountable to provide business development in the early phase (Concept & OoM) project engineering & scoping support for all B&A projects in development within BD&G. To set the strategy for the development of B&A projects and coordinate completion of study & study reports in support of the study director and to provide support and leadership of studies in the Concept and Order and Magnitude phase to the Business Development departments. The position is located in Montreal.






Accountabilities:


- Lead B&A studies from the Engineering and asset delivery aspect in early phases of development.

- Ensure study team receivea all required engineering support (estimating, operational advice, scheduling, logistics etc).

- Ensure that the study teams are progressing and developing their studies in line with RTA requirements.

- Provide training to Study Teams and Project Team on specific RT/RTA processes as required.

- Ensure the RTA project methodology (including documentation) is developed and aligned with Rio Tinto project development guidance notes and assisting project teams in understanding the Capital Appropriation Process (CAP).!*!

-Engineering degree or equivalent.

Nature of contribution

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will help develop business and ensure client loyalty by offering effective sales and customer service. You will personalize the sale and promotion of solutions for individuals. You will advise customers according to their financial requirements and if applicable, refer them to the appropriate financial advisor within the Bank and its subsidiaries. You will also develop profitable business within your market.


Main responsibilities

As a Personal Banking Advisor, you will identify business opportunities within your market, for all Bank products and services. You must make sure Standards of service and operational quality are applied. You will be called on to attain sales objectives. You will be responsible for the management and renewal of mortgage and investment schedules. You will be required to ensure customer loyalty and customer retention while satisfying all of the latter's financial requirements. You must be prepared to further your knowledge of the products and services the Bank offers and understand the benefits for customers. You will also ensure that administrative and security procedures are respected. One of your main challenges will be to establish a relationship based on confidence and ensure customer satisfaction by offering customized services.



Qualifications


•Completed bachelor's degree, relevant to the function and at least 6 months relevant work experience or any other relevant equivalence
•Be a Mutual Fund (MFSR) representative or to be obtained in the months following your hiring
•Sales and customer service experience (minimum 6 months)
•Interest in working with sales objectives
•Interpersonal skills
•Bilingualism English (spoken and written) and French, an asset
•Knowledge of Italien and/or Portuguese, an asset

Portuguese Estimator / PQS (Construction)

CA Global: Engineering and Construction (Africa Positions) is in search of a Portuguese Estimator / PQS. The Position will be based in Southern Africa

Overview My client a leader in Engineering and Construction services is in need of a Bi-lingual Estimator for their Southern Africa Office. Applicants should be fluent in both English and Portuguese.

Job Requirements • Engineering / QS degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience. • 10 years experience in construction estimating and related functions • At least 5 Years experience as an Estimator with CCS experience • Fluency in both English and Portuguese will be required • PQS or RICS certifications will be an advantage • Ability to work independently • Previous experience relating to tendering processes will be an advantage. • Proficiency in performing difficult estimating activities typical to the engineering and construction industry is required

Duties and responsibilities will include compiling tenders by collecting and co-ordinating information for material prices and sub-contract prices. Review and assess site costs to be used for future tenders.
