Manager of Budgeting and Reporting

Role and Responsibilities


The manager will be responsible for preparing annual consolidated budgets and forecasts as necessary. In addition, they will be in charge or reporting on the companyâ?Ts results.

ORDER ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Our client, a major player in the Electrical Utilities industry, is currently seeking an experienced contracts administrator/manager to join their Order Administration team. Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

The Mobility Advisor is a new role within Deloitte and responsible for supporting the assigned service in the pursuit and execution of their mobility strategy.

•manage and direct Canadian & other member firm secondment requests/inquiries
•engage with payroll/finance/Talent Operations re: inter-firm billings and unique system set-ups

•facilitate interviews for inbound mobility assignees, as required
•Consultation with relocating practitioners:
•support relocating employees with required logistics: i.e., vendor contacts, temporary accommodation bookings, general queries, connections to immigration support
•Special programs oversight
•coordinate specific mobility related programs/projects as assigned (i.e. International Development Fellowship program, Just In Time hires /Busy Season Exchange etc .)
• Minimum of 3 years "hands-on" talent generalist/specialist experience
• Acute attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, often with tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to break down complex concepts for a targeted audience
• Proven ability to work in a consultative and matrixed environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, exercising judgment when necessary
• Experience working within a national model and supporting clients remotely

Senior Process Engineer

The purpose of this position is to provide process engineering support to the manufacturing function and business development initiatives as part of a Corporate engineering Department. The position is specialized and provides key process engineering leadership and subject matter expertise for this function across the organization. Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Supports/leads the process engineering function to ensure consistency of practices and optimized knowledge sharing.

Education / Experience Requirements:

• Chemical Engineering degree; registered (or eligible to be registered) as a P.Eng.
• 10 or more years' engineering experience in a continuous chemical process environment, experience in electrochemical and/or inorganic processing preferred/would be an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and team skills, demonstrated leadership without authority.
• Experience with unit operations such as chemical treatment, filtration, ion exchange, electrolytic cells, crystallization and solids conveying systems.
• Demonstrated technical skills, including troubleshooting, optimization, problem analysis, solution development/design, implementation and follow-up.
• Working knowledge of Process Safety Management elements and Responsible Care codes (e.g. Management of Change, Hazard Analysis and Root Cause Analysis).

The Opportunity
The Area Representative – Export will be the primary person responsible for the day to day sales and project management of equipment sold and installed into Mexico, Central and South America. The position will administer, train and recommend changes to the distributor network and the products destined for this marketplace. Other areas may be assigned on a project by project basis.
