ORDER ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Our client, a major player in the Electrical Utilities industry, is currently seeking an experienced contracts administrator/manager to join their Order Administration team. Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

- Managing the Order Administration team and Order Handling Process
- Monitoring and Reporting on current factory loading
- Defining manufacturing priorities based on customer requirements
- Management of Customer Design Reviews (in conjunction with Engineering Mgr)
- Key Project Management
- Managing open order book within agreed parameters

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in Marketing and/or Contracts Administration in a related field
- Post secondary education in Electrical Technology/Electrical Engineering
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Working knowledge of export controls, letter of credit and international contract processes as well as commerical terms and conditions (liquidated damages, warranty, indemnification, etc.)
- Education or work experience in Business Administration or Project Mgmt in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset
- Must have strong English written and oral communications skills (additional consideration will be given to candidates fluent in Spanish or Portuguese)
