Brazilian founded and managed Agribusiness Company focused on becoming Brazil�s largest milk producer by 2015 and a leading potato grower has an immediate need for Vice President Finance for their new Toronto location.
This position requires someone with 15 - 20 years experience in a TSX listed company.
You have had extensive experience managing an IPO process dealing with the auditors, investors and lawyers etc.
Experience dealing with different jurisdictions, countries and accountancy backgroundsTSX, Prospectus experienceStrong business development experience
This position is based in Toronto and travels to Brazil once a quarter.
Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish is a definite asset!
The successful candidate would become the CFO for the company after the IPO process is complete.
