Qualifications and Requirements:

Master in Business Administration
Many years of work experience as CEO with proven track record, ideally in different countries
Knowledge especially in Sales, Administration, Manufacturing and Organization
Knowledge of trading business is a plus
Experienced in project management, M&A, restructuring
Knowledge of international accounting standards
Knowledge of SAP Software
Leadership characteristics, communication skills, etc. etc.
Proficiency in German, English, Spanish and ideally also Portuguese and/or French

Located in GTA, Canada
Approx. 50 employees




Position:

Full Profit & Loss responsibility of subsidiaries and markets
Strong coordination and interaction with headquarters in Germany
Long-term orientation of the position to ensure growth increasing market share
Implementation of a manufacturing site to attend local market demands
Reporting directly to the CEO of the group located in Germany
