Data Products and Solutions Marketing Manager

Manages the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s). Monitors the development of business plans, managing lifecycles, and product positioning in the market place. Manages market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Interfaces with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s). Acts as a technical advisor for specific product(s) assigned. Provides guidance to subordinates to achieve goals in accordance with established policies. Establishes and recommends changes to policies which affect subordinate organization(s). Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers and/or functional peer group managers. Interactions normally involve matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company. Manages the coordination of activities of a section or department with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods, and employees. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems. Typically requires 5 - 8 years experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese desirable and considered a plus.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, Data products background, good communications and presentations skills. Business planning and financial analytics skills are desired.
