POSITION SUMMARY

The successful candidate will be a leader within a dynamic global sales team responsible for selling BlackBerry products through named retail accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:
Hire, train, plan for and motivate a growing team of experienced sales people
Use your detailed understanding of the scope and mechanics of all mobile device sales channels in your market to ensure your team exceeds sales targets
Use your existing relationships and experience with major retailers in Latin America to support your team and accelerate the business.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
10-15 years relevant line of business sales experience
Fluent in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese
Channel sales experience
Excellent problem solver, quick thinker and resourceful
Excellent presentation skills
Proven ability to hire top-flight sales people
Proven ability to effectively manage and coach field sales teams with diverse backgrounds and experience levels
Proven ability to build and execute effective, tactical sales plans on a quarterly basis
Proven ability to maintain a high level of motivation within your sales team
ADDITIONAL ASSETS
Experience with retail accounts preferred
