We are experts in staffing a wide variety of roles for our clients and we are looking for a dynamic individual to recruit for our administrative and professional-level roles.

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent (multilingual) for our public sector client in their Toronto office.

Job Requirements

Some responsibilities include:

Responsible for delivering accurate, appropriate, and courteous customer service in a fast-paced environment;
Conducting basic research and responding knowledgeably to inquiries
Providing general administrative support; and
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Experienced in a customer service environment;
Ability to exercise sound judgment, tact and diplomacy;
Proficient in MS Office, Internet, and keyboarding skills.
