INTERNATIONAL SALES COORDINATOR,

Successful Durable Goods Manufacturing in the Kitchener Waterloo area is seeking an International Sales Coordinator to provide Customers Service and Sales Support for our existing Customer Base with a focus on increasing sales, as well as acting as administrative support to the Director of International Sales and Outside Sales Representatives.




The successful candidate will be fluent in both English ,Spanish and Portuguese and have 3 to 5 years experience in an administrative/ Customer Service capacity, and possess a general knowledge of accounting principals. Strong
Microsoft Office skills are required. He or she will be charged with managing diverse daily responsibilities and meeting deadline requirements.




Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:




Providing excellence in Customer Service to an existing International Customer Base while striving to expand the marketing of Dimplex products.
Work with internal Dealer Services, Engineering and Logistics to ensure the needs or our customers are being met in a timely and accurate manner
Assist in preparation of major dealer presentations\programs
Maintain competitive vendor marketplace analysis
Prepare for and participate in Customers Sales Presentations
Provide in office support for Director of International Sales as required
Provide profit builders for market price points, marketing support for new product introductions, etc
Other duties as may be assigned
