Telemarketing services supervisor

Salary: $15.00 Hourly for 20 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: 2010/02/10

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba (2 vacancies )

Skill Requirements:


Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training


Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years


Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English


Work Setting: Telephone soliciting establishment, Door-to-door sales business


Supervisory Experience: Elemental sales occupations, Door-to-door salespersons


Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers, Assign sales workers to duties, Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters


Additional Skills: Prepare work schedules, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Order merchandise


Security and Safety: Bondable, Basic security clearance, Criminal record check
